My Terms&Conditions

Many companies have the habit of charging hidden fees and get away because as a consumer I agree to thei T&C.
Here are mine:

cheat me once, and I'll never buy anymore from you until you have refunded me 3 times more at least


I really liked Ryanair because it makes the consumer act more responsibly, for example by charging a 2% commission for credit cards which is more or less the same Visa and Mastercard are charging Ryanair and every other company. Fair enough.
But Ryanair has decided to hide the exchange rate and the option to opt out and so Ryanair didn't respect my T&C. I'll stop flying with them.
